Front Financial is a direct, non-bank commercial lender. We lend only to companies, corporate trustees, and individuals borrowing wholly or predominantly for business or investment purposes. Front Financial does not provide credit to consumers and nothing on this Website should be relied on as an offer of consumer credit.

8. IDENTITY VERIFICATION, ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING & COUNTER-TERRORISM FINANCING (AUSTRAC)
Under Australian anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws, we must verify the identity of every borrower and guarantor before providing funds. You will be asked to provide identification and information about the source of your funds, and to consent to us screening against politically exposed persons and sanctions databases. We may decline to proceed on anti-money laundering grounds without further explanation.By using this Website to enquire about or apply for finance, you acknowledge that identity verification and screening under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) is a condition of any facility being provided.

9. YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE

16. COMPLAINTS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Front Financial is not a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), as our lending is provided only to businesses and for business or investment purposes and does not fall within the National Consumer Credit Protection regime.

If you have a complaint:
- Contact us directly so we can attempt to resolve the matter through our internal complaints process.
- If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may refer general commercial disputes to the Resolution Institute for mediation.
- Complaints specifically about privacy or credit reporting may be referred to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

17. FORMAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute arises between you and Front Financial inconnection with these Terms that is not resolved through our complaintsprocess, either party must give the other written notice setting out the natureof the dispute and the outcome sought. The parties must then attempt in goodfaith to resolve the dispute through negotiation for 28 days. If the disputeremains unresolved after that period, the parties will attempt to agree on amediator, failing which a mediator may be appointed by the Resolution Institute.Each party bears its own costs of the mediation, and the parties share themediator's fees and venue costs equally. Neither party may commence courtproceedings in relation to the dispute unless this process has been followed,except where a party seeks urgent interlocutory relief.

18. TERMINATION
These Terms continue to apply until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access to this Website at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or any applicable law, or if we cease to operate this Website. You may stop using this Website at any time. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued.

19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, our lending criteria, or the law. The updated Terms will be posted on this Website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
