Client Services Manager
Based out of our Sydney office full-time, we’re looking for a Client Services Manager who owns every deal from start to finish - driving momentum, solving problems, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. From the moment a deal hits the dashboard to the day it settles, you own it - whether it’s being placed with an external lender or originated onto Front Group’s own loan book. Nothing moves without you, and nothing slips past you.
You’ll push every deal forward, every single day. That means coordinating solicitors, valuers, lenders, credit committees, and clients with zero tolerance for silence or delay. You’ll quality-control every file before it leaves the business, ensuring submissions are strong enough to hold up first time. You’ll manage client communications with clarity and confidence, keeping people informed and never surprised, while briefing and overseeing our offshore team with precision. You’ll also use AI as a daily force multiplier, drafting credit narratives, summarising financials, and eliminating repetitive work so you can focus on what actually moves the needle.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need at least 3 years’ experience in Australian consumer or commercial lending, whether as a broker, credit analyst, or in a hands-on lending role. You know how to independently package a submission-ready file, understand lender policies and loan structures, and can manage a full pipeline without anything falling through the cracks. You’re highly organised, a sharp communicator, and genuinely excited by the opportunity to use AI and technology to work faster and smarter.
